Our head office is in Lausanne. It is the city where our booking calendar is permanently open.
ESTI-accredited inspection body (ESTI = Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations), authorisation K-284772-1. We belong to no installer and no grid operator: our report has nothing to sell.
You choose your time slot yourself. The calendar is open for the next four months, with an arrival window announced in advance.
The amount is known before the visit, with no mileage surcharge. See prices.
Services industriels de Lausanne (SIL). In Lausanne, it is SIL that sends you the inspection request under the OIBT (the Swiss Low-Voltage Installations Ordinance) and to whom the safety report must be sent. We handle that directly; you have nothing to forward.
The periodic inspection is not a sales pitch: the grid operator requests it, and you are free to choose the inspection body that carries it out. How it works.
In homes whose wiring has not been redone since the 1980s, we regularly find parts in Schéma III: earthing runs through the neutral, with no separate protective conductor. The direct consequence, set out in ESTI directive no. 225: the whole installation moves to an inspection every five years. That is information that changes a renovation budget, and we give it to you on the day rather than three weeks later.
Dense rental housing run by property management companies, condominiums (PPE), ground-floor shops and premises open to the public — so several inspection cycles side by side in the same building: 20 years for homes, 10 years for offices, 5 years as soon as the premises are open to the public. After a non-residential renovation, an independent acceptance inspection is required within 6 months. Dispute or serious doubt about an installation: our expert assessments.
Bases: Av. de Sévelin 52, 1004 Lausanne (head office), Rte du Jorat 196A, 1000 Lausanne 26 and Rue Saint-Martin 7, 1003 Lausanne — by appointment. Our inspectors are out at clients' premises; there is no walk-in desk.
The OIBT and the NIBT (Swiss low-voltage installation standard) are federal: our authorisation is valid throughout Switzerland. We have already worked in Bienne, Berne, Brig, Delémont, Sierre, Sion, Martigny, Geneva, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel, Yverdon-les-Bains, Payerne, Moudon, Lucens, Vevey, Montreux, Monthey, Fribourg and Bulle.
