You receive a precise list — what, where, why — to pass on to your electrician. Once the work is done, the electrician sends us the certificate and your file is closed with the grid operator.
Yes: travel, inspection, measurements, safety report, transmission to the grid operator, and a second verification inspection if needed. No extras. (Except for orphan PV installations.)
Each fitted-out room counts as one room — a cellar converted into a games room = 1 room, a garage converted into a workshop too. Bathrooms beyond the first also count: 3 bathrooms = 2 extra rooms. Also count one extra room for each of these: swimming pool, EV charging station, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam. Not counted: kitchen, storage room, WC, garage, garden shed (unless converted into a workshop), cellar, wine cellar, laundry room, boiler room. Solar PV installation: after counting the rooms, move up to the next rate. Prices shown include a 15% discount for payment at the time of the inspection (Twint or cash).
Send us the letter — we check the actual deadline and, if necessary, we come as a priority (2-3 days). Better to call us a week too early than a day too late: once the deadline has passed, the file goes to the Federal Inspectorate (ESTI) and the fees are yours to pay, up to CHF 700 incl. VAT.
